10 minute follow along leg workout that you can do at home, at the gym or on your travels in your hotel room. This video is full length which means you can just follow along with what I'm doing. 

If you need extra rest, just pause the video then press play once you're ready to go again. If you don't need a rest - just keep going and play the video the whole way through. 

You can do this home workout 2-3 times per week on its own or pair it up with 1 or 2 of my other workouts for a 20-30 minute workout.
