These tips are not magical. They're not going to transform your body overnight. But they will help you over time.

Remember that fitness and fat loss is a journey. And just like any journey, you need to stick with it in order to reach your final destination.

So, without further ado, here's 3 simple fat loss tips that work.

Tip 1: Drink More Water.

Every cell in the human body needs water to function correctly. Dehydration can lead to dry skin, poor digestion and headaches. It is also linked to increased sensitivity to allergies, high blood pressure and weight gain.

By drinking plenty of water you can help flush out the toxins from your cells, speed digestion, improve your skin tone as well as reducing water retention and cellulite.

Tip 2: Eat More Veg.

Vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals and trace elements that give the body the nutrients it needs to keep you healthy, prevent disease and burn body fat.

The fibre found in veg can help to keep you feeling fuller for longer so you don't get cravings for sugar loaded junk,

Tip 3: Interval Training.

If you want to lose fat and get in shape then you should be exercising on a regular basis. Walking, running, cycling, lifting weights are all great forms of exercise. But if you want your biggest bang for your buck then interval training using bodyweight and kettlebells can increase your fitness, tone your body and burn lots of body fat.

These tips are just three basic things that you can do starting from today to help get the health and fitness results you are looking for.
