10 minute plank challenge that you can do from home, the gym or in your hotel room whilst on your travels.
This video is full length which means you can just follow along with what I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video then press play once you're ready to go again. If you don't need a rest - just keep going and play the video the whole way through.
You can do this home plank workout 2-3 times per week after your regular workout or pair it up with 1 or 2 of my other workouts for a 20-30 minute workout.
